Shel is asking Nat why she didn't just let that happen instead of making all these deals.

Nat says that she doesn't know what to do anymore, that she doesn't know who to trust anymore. She heard stuff and isn't calling people out on it.

Shel says me too and that she never ever felt like she was apart of team christ.

Nat says dont make her feel that she isolated her

Sheila says shes just saying that threes a lot going on that she never said that she was being persecuted..

Nat says that she prays to God all the time to help her for her mistakes

Sheila says no one was there for her when Josh attacked her that Nat was reading the bible told her that she had tro study the books

Nat says that they talked for 15 minutes

Sheila calls Nat out for laughing at her when she had the flour thrown on her that no one else laughed that she cried when Nat had the pickles thrown on her .

Nat crying that she knows where this is going that she is going home that she doesnt know who to trust

Nat says she would have kept Ryan or Adam that she would have sent Sharon out

Sheila says how hard this was for her that she felt loyalty for Ryan

Sheila: I would have been up in that HOH to because I wanted to see my kids. You didn't give me some pity ****ing HOH.

I believe that Ryan is up there so that he knows exactly what happened and wants to protect Sheila from Nat convincing her of things.

Nat is crying again and Shel continues to say that no one knows where Adam is coming from ever, even after the past 2 months.

Ryan returns (after stopping by to see Sharon & Adam saying that Nat thinks she has his vote that she does not know about Adam & Him and that because Adam has been feeling bad all day she has not had a chance to talk to him that she wants to talk to him back and forth .. kind of entertaining something to do)

Shel: What if Adam wins, he'd put the girls up. She's ok with that, but if one wins then he can put Ryan up.

Sharon says when you think you're safe you don't play as hard.

Shel says if one comes down, she has to put Ryan up there, Adam has to be safe! However you look at it, one has to save the other, this is the last week, then they are down to the final 3, you don't want to be in the final 3 with someone who can kick your ass! Damned if you do, damned if you don't, this is the hardest week! She's like Howard the duck over there, everyone knows she can be beat!

It is alright I cracked before when I was updating about veggies, so I decided to take a 15 min break, perhaps you could use one too Nuala.

The potatoes are being mashed and mixed with some cream, salt and pepper and I am not sure waht else.
