Neil is a gay man who resides in Los Angeles, California. He studied criminology, criminal justice, political science and business management in college but did not earn a degree. He is currently working as a real estate agent though acknowledges that it is a tough profession to be in right now.
Neil is close to his mother and says no matter what they are talking about they always end up laughing. She is currently in the throes of a divorce and he is definitely there to support her in her time of need.
He came to Los Angeles from Texas to pursue a modeling and acting career but gave it up when he encountered so many people there that he considers phony. Amanda reveals what happened to Neil and the season will end in April. Here is a good summary of what she said in her chat earlier today.
The big info is that Neil left the show because his cousin, Catalina Garcia, tragically got shot and killed at Northern Illinois University & the season will end in April. So we will probably get a double eviction soon.

I think he left for the reasons his profile says - his mom needed him because she is going through a divorce. When Neil came back he posted a blog on his myspace that said something like it was a personal family matter and we are working through it and everyone ???
I kinda miss Neil. But I am glad Sharon was brought back - I can't lie about that.

My sister's students had parents that are police and were there for the events of the NIU shooting. It was hard for my sister. But, she said they are all doing good and healing!!!!
