My feeds stopped working about 3am and I was like NOOOOOOOOOO then realized I got logged out somehow :lol3:, I thought my 14 days were up.

To add to puddin's comment, I canceled the first year with the chat option. I was afraid but it worked just fine for me. No problems. If you can't reach them via the phone, (and you should be able to, try the chat.) You can save it, which is what I did as well, when we were finished.
