Yes, telling her that they both are not really like they are in the house.  They are "professionals" and dress and act accordingly.  Here in the house they can act silly and be like twelve year olds.

quick summary
Janie again has her sights set on putting up Diane with Erika .
Kaysar knows , says whay ever is best for her , if she thinks Diane would put her up than its a plan
Marcy wants CG up if not Will . Janie wont out CG up , figures hes a waste of an HoH .
Howie will vote however Janie wants .
Will & Mike said they will vote out whoever Jani wants per deal to not put Will up in Mike's place .
Janie told Erika she might put Diane up so if Erika knows that means all the floaters know .
Earlier James asked Dani IF Janie puts Diane up who would the floaters want to keep . Dani said ERika " shes better at winning competitions " . Also to note James told Dani that he atleast needs Janie to get to sequester so we now know James will not go after Janie next week like he previuosly said .
CT seems to think they can get CG to vote the way they want sooooooo
If all stays the way it is it could be a blow -out 8-0 with Diane being the one voted out depending on Marcy's vote . I don't think Marcy has any deals with Diane so he may just vote with majority of the house .

Janie: if I don't put you up can you and boogie vote out the person i want?
Will: 100% you don't even have to tell me who it is .
