They (Kaysar and Janie) are going to run accross the by 300 times. Let's see how many they really do. They are at 21 now and Kaysar is already tired.

They got to 95 and sprinted the last 5. Now they are sitting on the couches, when they were supposed to walk the next 5 and keep going.

They did their 10 walking laps, then did jumping jacks while holding weights. Now they are going to do a light jog for the rest of the laps.

Apparently the camerman wanted to get in on the excersice too on cam 1. It's going along the run with them. Making me dizzy though.

Janie & Kaysar are talking about how they are going to work out like this every morning, but not tell anyone so when it's a physical comp they will get 1st and 2nd. They are walking again after doing 150 laps.

They keep doing little 10 sets of different exercises Janie's trainer taught her and then standing/sitting around for a while. They took their mike's off so it's hard to hear them.
