i don't think its very widely used, but if you google it, it comes right up. I actually heard about it from my dad, he fixes my computer when i break it. so i'll call him up and say i got this wierd message but cant ever tell him exactly what it is, so he made me download this to easily cap my screen and email it to him.
it's actually easy to configure and works like a charm, even with my limited knowledge it's super easy to use....
