I'll vote for Morocco--the fake chariot race in particular. I know it's not much to go on, but the background terrain looks similar to this shot of Atlas Studios in the distance (source page).

With Kuwait next, this means we have one less episode than we thought in this stage in the race. I'm throwing Belarus back into the route spec for now -- those Finnish spoilers have been trustworthy to this point.
