At first I thought the lady was fixing her hair but it looks like both teams had to be fitted with microphones. And I can't hear the sound clearly but it seems a lady (PA, maybe?) was shouting at one of the female team to get out of the water: I guess the second team member shouldn't have been helping her partner.

Yeah she yells something like you can't help her then someone yells get out of the water .
Izabela has more but it seems she missed the female black team as she was told to stop or something .
