Finale ' 5 Continents...10 Countries...And More than 59 thousand Miles! '

<< < (74/78) > >>

Slowhatch:
I guess I'll have to go back and review the begging sequences. Based on a GE distance estimate and this fare page from Denver Yellow Cab, the fare for just the first leg (DIA>CCHP) should have been $76.50.

Chateau d If:
And the date they entered Japan is the 29th.

(Puddin, any solution to the recital/finale conflict?)

so that's why there're flags on the clue.

Are we to assume that when teams got to a new country, that country's flag was on the route info?  That would be really cool and subtle.

Wow, what a great finale. I was a little leary about the Amazing Race because of last years Family Edition. But I think that TAR totally redeemed itself. You guys were right on with some of those spoilers! I couldnt believe how close. The only thing that threw it off a little was at Red Rocks when they had to do a final roadblock. We all thought the pics under the tunnel and of the cabs were to the finish line. Thats probably why EJ were walking and not running. I knew it was all over when EJ switched the flag for Oman. Im ecstatic for BJT and cant wait till next season.

Jeffrey Scott:
When those Japanese guys thought Yolanda looked like Janet Jackson she should have had a 'convienient' wardrobe malfunction. They probably would have made enough money to hire someone for the rest of the game to help them. LOL
