I would say Aras and Danielle are both exiled as a 3 v 2 dynamic makes more sense then a 4 v 1 set up.  (they did the same thing with the car reward in PI Burton choose Jon to go with him and it cost them the game) I also thinks this is a pre setup for the Aras/Terry fight.

I think there should only be one exile this week -  from the CBS press release:

"Who wins this much needed love from home and who is left with nothing but a night alone on Exile Island?"
