Wally, I changed planes at O'Hare this weekend and picked up the newspapers. In past years, the Sox were treated as second class compared to the Cubbies in the Sports sections. It looks like that has changed. Have Chicagoans turned into frontrunners due to the success of the Sox?
The game last night was something else too. Being an Astros fan, I was sickened when Lidge gave up that grand slam in the bottom of the ninth. Thankfully the good guys won while I was asleep.

wally i will admit i turned the channel for a min, then had to go out, i came back when goooooch hit the 3 run shot. then i leave again come back in the bottom of the 9th when he hit the grand slam. i should of left again so they would win lol. btw i really hate ross gload.

Wow! Kogs, you and Wally's son must be hard core fans. I just stumbled into watching the grand slam while channel surfing before going to bed. It was unbelievable that the Sox could come back from such a deficit that late in the game. Almost as amazing as the Tigers having the best record in baseball.
