Palermo has three or four open-air markets (listed here, near the bottom of the page). Catania has a few markets as well as a kayak club (Sicilian kayak clubs listed here); I'm not saying everything will be at Catania, but unless the producers want to spend both eps in Palermo the possibility should be considered.

Unless TV Guide is more inaccurate than usual, they come right out and tell us that this ep takes place in SICILY.
