Strange that we are receiving all kinds of hints way in advance of the eps. And this is the first time I can recall that proof positive of a teams position is shown in advance. If Eric and Jeremy are counting out money in front of St. Basil's Cathedral in Moscow it means that they survive Ep2 in Brazil and Ep3 in Moscow and are now on the beginning of leg4 to where? Rome?
Also if the teams are going from Brazil directly to Moscow they have a long journey ahead of them. There are no direct flights from Sao Paulo to Moscow; teams will have to make conncections in places such as Miami, New York, Washington, Frankfurt or Paris. Even if they go through RIo they will have to change airlines and planes in one of the other cities. All told they may be spending up to 36 hours or more in travel time.
