Prizes:
One (1) Grand Prize: A 3-Day/2-Night Trip to Las Vegas, Nevada for winner and one (1) guest. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guest to Las Vegas, NV from a single major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's home (as determined by Administrator), airport/hotel ground transfers in Las Vegas, double occupancy deluxe hotel accommodations for two (2) nights and $250 cash. Estimated retail value of Grand Prize is $2,550. Actual value of Las Vegas trip may vary based on point of departure and dates of travel. Certain travel restrictions may apply. If Grand Prize winner resides within a 100 mile radius of Las Vegas, NV, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Grand prize winner must book trip within 6 moths of prize notification and take trip within one year from date of prize notification or prize will be forfeited. Grand Prize winner and guest will be required to travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Travel subject to confirmation of reservation; date restrictions may apply. Travel arrangements must be made through Administrator. Guest of Grand Prize winner must be at least eighteen 18 years of age (or age of majority if greater than 18) and must complete, execute and return a Travel Companion Liability Release, and where lawful, a Travel Companion Publicity Release (collectively, the "Travel Companion Release Forms") prior to issuance of travel documents. Failure to return Travel Companion Release Forms in a timely manner may prevent travel companion from participating in the trip.
Ten (10) First Prizes: A Survivor Panama T-Shirt. Approximate retail value $20/each. First prize winners will be mailed their prize. Prizes are rewarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied outside of manufacturer's limited warranty. Total ARV of all prizes, $2,750
