thanks to my local library, I found some maps but don't know if they're good:

Santa Ifigenia map
Sao Paulo map
Guarulhos International airport & Campo de Marte map

Boingo:
I may have identified the building, using puddins latest (higher resolution) vidcaps.  One of the helipad pix shows an antenna, not previously seen in lower res. photos.  Did some checking, and the only building I found with a helipad and antenna is São Luís Gonzaga building, Av. Paulista, Sao Paulo.

The building web site shows pctures of the helipad that appear to match the vidcap (note number "5" on the helipad).

Edited to add: found building on Google Earth (see below).
