I just remembered in tar8, the racers came to the space shuttle at night so all we saw were night scenes. So somehow they came to Athens and Red Square at night. Otherwise, tptb will show daytime clips of Athens & Red Square. You see

its from the press realease ..and agreed that hotel looks awesome !!

One team struggles to locate the clue box, while other teams seem to find it with ease.

Why would ANYONE choose the motorcycle task? It seems a) impossible and b) 500x less cool than the helicopter one. Must be something tough about the helicopter one.

I dunno Chateau but since it looks like BJ & Tyler are happy and we see them along with the Dees & E/J @ the bus terminal , perhaps these we're the top 3 teams to get the first time to wherever ?

Puddin, I think you are right about the Dee's approach. We do see one give a kiss to a mechanic!

This site says it takes 80 to 100 hours to build their kits!

I just remembered in 1 season, the racers either drive the car or pay someone to drive. It's either season 1 or 2. I have to watch again.

That could be a taxi MoJo are in. As I remember it many cabs were old VW Bugs with little room for "luggage" so maybe backpacks are in the back seat with them. and they drove like hell on wheels around the city. But when the crashed, which they did quite often, they had to send out the street sweepers to clean up what was left of the wreck.

I really think that the helicopter task is more difficult. From what I read Sao Paulo has a lot of helipads and the city is huge. It would be like looking for a needle in a haystack. The motorcycle would be less difficult. IMHO.
