Roughly translated:  Ed. = Edificio = Building
                            Rua = Street
                            Andar = Floor
                            Vila Olimpia = Name of a district in Sao Paulo

so the address is:

                            Atrium V Building
                            2nd Floor
                            195 Federico Ramos Street
                            Vila Olimpia
                            Sao Paulo, Brazil

I'm guessing Helipad #2 (Monica and Joseph) is the building with the greenish-looking top, directly to the right of Cesar Park in the photograph. The helipad is actually blue, but it's surrounded by the greenish roof.
