my question regarding shane is....don't the contestants know prior to the day they leave for survivor that they are going????? it seems that a 3 pack a day smoker would have quit before the show started... :groan:

I was thinking the same thing about him stop smoking before the show. What a :dork:

I think he said he quit "the day I got here " , also in Tina's interview she said Shane has a nicotine patch ..guess its not helping ? I really dont know how they work or how long they take to work?

I was wondering about Shane not having a nicotine patch. I haven't seen it on him, but then again I am not really looking at him. Wasn't there someone else in the past that had the patch on?
What was up with last night's opening credits? They didn't show the contestants. Was it because of the tribe mix up and they were trying to make a point about it? Or was the ep longer and they needed the time?
