TAR9 Spoilers /Rumors

While Samantha was posting, I went back to look at the Denver photo and noticed something that was right in front of me the whole time >^%: sleeping bags, one packed neatly and one stuffed in the side (or maybe that's an empty sack). The family teams were given camping equipment, but does anybody remember any two-person teams starting the race with sleeping bags?

By now teams have a pretty good idea of what they will need. Those could be rolled foam sleeping mats not bags which would be great for the number of times that teams end up sleeping on the street or at a gate waiting for opening hours.
Also note that by now most teams are carrying a lot less gear than the teams did in TAR1 and 2; why haul all that junk around when you don't need that much to get by on.

Last and certainly least. At the other forum, I learned that the Angel of TAR8 was actually on a radio show with the devil's spawn of TAR6 this week. I even listened to it. Oh, .....
