Emporis is a good database for checking out skyscrapers. If the tip is genuine, then Woodside might be a pit stop, or like mwooden said, some kind of window-washing or rappelling task.
Another example from Emporis: if Phil does his stand-up for the premiere intro from a skyscraper, then it might be the Republic Plaza--he'd have a much harder time on the Wells Fargo Center ;D.

The ninth installment of The Amazing Race returns to its international format where teams of two will travel to exotic locations, spanning five continents, with stops in the Middle East, Moscow and Sicily to name a few. The three time Emmy Award-winning adventure series premieres Tuesday, Feb. 28
No mention of the TAR cast on the Early show next week . I suspect late Febuary but will keep my eye on the newspath & tvguide .
