Puddin?  You seem to be having a little trouble with the pictures? ;)  Can I help?  Or if not me that Rob?  Rob?  Where are you Rob?  The fourth tag from your left is the image insert button.  Right click on your picture and go to properties and there you will find the URL .  Copy and paste that between the image tags.  I think that's how you do it????? :-[

We also have the attachment feature here, you can add one attachment per message. I have brought back to life this topic as it shows how to attach a pic.
