Without fire, Yaxha would not have the need to obtain water to boil and that would mean that everyone would be able to pitch in to build the shelter. Unless the water is given to them in cisterns, already freshened.

Who really knows. I'm going to go on the assumption that this twist is really and truly something new and that the two returning players are playing for something else other than the million the new players are playing for. Otherwise, I don't know if the game would be fair or interesting. I may be giving Burnett too much credit, but I was thinking that since Steph and BJ were on the losingest team, they were brought back each to be at the helm of new teams. Whoever has the most teammembers going into the merge wins their little sub-contest.

What little birdie? But tell me this, how will the new players reconcile the fact that they've just busted their butts on an eleven mile hike in sweltering conditions, arrived at camp to find Steph and BJ all fresh and energetic? Right away that would seem to construct an "us" vs. "them" scenario that would compound the already "us" vs. "them" notion from the fact that Steph and BJ have had their chance to play the game and failed. Talk about placing targets on people. So, I'm puzzled as to what Burnett does to alleviate the targeting factor, otherwise, it would be a no-brainer: get rid of Steph and BJ because they've had their turn. That would be my philosophy if I were one of the new players. What could Burnett do to change my mind?

I beleive they get one free immunity pass. Thats why I'm not sure of MW's question...how its worded .
BJ & Steph are there to win the million and are playing the game..thats all I know . Its been known since June.
