I think it was both.  We know from live feeds they approached her.  But my guess is BB wants ratings and told Ivette to go to Howie, so they'd have something to show.  Now, vette could have just been testing the waters or even trying to mess with Howie (the ultimate Jedi nerd) and Janie before the convo we saw-but knowing what we do from live feeds, my guess it that it was staged.

You know, I just wonder what the people behind BB are thinking. They know that there are alot of people that have the live feeds and see what is really going on. Why would they want to stage stuff like that? It really makes you question everything about the game. Are all the comps scripted and planned ahead who is going to win? Do they know ahead of time who the next HOH is going to be and they just go through the motions to try to entertain us? If so, what is the freaking point of the game?!? I just wish BB wouldn't interfere as much and let the people play the d**n game the way the "public" thinks it is already being played. I guess ignorance is bliss. I never knew how BB manipulated the game until this season. Of course, I'll still watch, but I'll just know a little more and not be as surprised as someone who doesn't know this behind the scenes stuff.

I hear ya.  This is the first year I've followed with the live feeds and I'm amazed at what "really" goes on and what is edited for TV.  Knowing what I know this year, leads me to believe BB isn't just watching, they're scripting...more than they'll ever admit.

They are trying to figure out the jury votes.. Apes says of course Bo would vote for Ivette ..Mangie says " as Jenn would vote for you "
Mangie says the two of them have a advantage because their partners are on the jury .
they wonder who James would vote for..
April thinks he would vote for Mangie
Mangie doesnt think so

They say that James told Janie that she has his vote but think if its between Janie & Ivette he would choose Ivette.
Mangie "I can't take Ivette to the final 2 because I don't have the votes"
