So EMS and Trenton are both in. Skydive AZ mentions at their site--http://www.skydiveaz.com/filmoffice.html--that their people and aircraft can be rented out worldwide, so Eloy AZ isn't necessarily in. According to the site mentioned by Chateau, the five taxis in the V-formation heading south between the U.N. and Roosevelt Island represents nearly the entire fleet; I'm still certain of the Early Show footage, but I don't know how (or if) Governors Island will fit in.
