Big Brother 6

If all goes well, we should lose two more hamsters next week, as CBS is planning another double elimination. Someone who reads Us Weekly tells me that the magazine reports in its current TV section that next Saturday night, another houseguest will walk.

Those viewers who can do simple math may have already figured out this was coming. That’s because there’s not enough time remaining to get rid of them all, unless one of the secrets is that one houseguest will mysteriously disappear in the middle of the night (cough, Ivette or April, cough).

Although there are only three Thursdays between now and the Sept. 20 finale, we still have seven houseguests. Even assuming three remain on Sept. 20, we’ll need to dump four before then. If we’ll go into the finale with just two houseguests left, there will have to be two double eliminations. I think. All of this math is making my head Ivette.

RealityFreakWill has the US Weekly Magazine and typed what he read word for word !! **:)**

Found it. Here is what it says, word for word:

Saturday 9/3
Big Brother
CBS, 8 p.m.

The roomies evict one more cunning competitor on the reality hit tonight. (In case you're counting, that's the second person to go this week.) With the show's new teammate format this season, host Julie Chen is feeling the heat. "The houseguests have twice as many reasons to play hard this year,"she informs US.

There you go, so it's definitely a double eviction week.

8/30/05 Double Eviction again?  If so will the feeds be off?

In order to reduce the number of Houseguests (HGs) in the Big Brother house before the September 20th final,  there will most likely be another double eviction this weekend.  The question is - when that happens will CBS block the internet feeds like they did August 19th & 20th for 36 hours or will they limit the feeds like they did last year at this time?
Today I contacted both the production company and CBS to find out if there were any intentions to block the feeds again.

Shapiro/Grodner productions put me on hold a couple times and finally informed me that they were not the ones that made the decision to block the feeds last time - that it was a decision by CBS and I should contact them....... so of course I did.

The person I spoke with at CBS informed me that to the best of her knowledge there would be no interruptions in the live feeds this weekend (I assume other than what is normally blocked), but asked me to check back in with her later in the week just to be sure.  So for now I would say the feeds won't be blocked...  but then again I didn't get a definitive "No."
If CBS runs the feeds like they did last year this will be the chance to see the HoH place the keys in box and then make the nominations.
