What is Ivette's problem with Rachel?

And she's quite the hypocrite saying Rachel should say stuff to her face(even though Rachel barely talks about Ivette and Ivette is obsessed with Rachel) while she's sitting there trashing Rachel's job, age, and looks.  I think it's jealousy as Rachel looks hot while Ivette could be mistaken for a dude and someone should remind Ivette that she's a waitress and probably makes the least amount of money in the house.
