there is no way that james is going to use the pov--and i actually do not want him to...he is safe---that is what he wanted the pov for--to guarantee is safety. now if he takes either rach or howie off janie goes up. he can't guarantee that either how or rach will go home--things could change and janie gets evicted. as a strategic player he wants to take out a pair and imo he is gunning for rach over howie from his earlier convos. by not using the veto he also keeps the trust of ivette and co and insures his safety for a little bit longer. there is no way he will use pov.

I might agree with your thinking... but it all depends on how Maggie and April are voted out. If Ivette screws them they might not want them to take home the money... that is why I am thinking when it comes down to it I think April can and will hold a grudge and so can Maggie. She is still gunning for James for voting out her partner. That is why I think Rachel might have a chance.
