My guess is Rachel is the announcer for the POV comp and she was called to the d/r for instructions

The HG's think tonight is eviction , they don't think tomorrow is a live show
they think POV / comp  , POV / ceremony , Voting , eviction , HOH Comp  all today :hapy:
I know Jules told them 48 hours , maybe they were to shocked to pay attention ? ;)
