I've thot that too b/c they act more like siblings.  I don't recall them ever kissing or getting cozy with each other.  They just seem a bit estranged IMO.

Nobody's brought it up yet. If Howie and Rachel were cousins or brother and sister, wouldn't Big Brother tell this to us by now? They already spilled the partnership "thing" out to the houseguests already. Why would they keep a secret like this from them this far in the game?
