James asks Howie if him and Sarah can have the room , he says sure but RAchel is sleeping up here tonight.
James tells Howie that his posture is defensive, he asks if hes being nommed tomorrow , Howie relaxes and says his back hurts , Sarah asks Howie if theres somthing he wants to tell her *FISH*

Rachel awake doing her daily routine. Everyone else sleeping .
( theres nothing going on , Im taking off to shower and will be back for the food comp or probably sooner  :t-up:  )
