Some along the lines that you are thinking . Call James out ! All of them as one group working together , warn Sarah not to use the Veto  .  Threaten them , tell him their will be no living with them for the next week because they both are the target. Make their stay there unbareable , scare them , stare at them , ignore them ..one way or another if he doesnt go in the next two weeks there is always the following week . or another deal , maybe with Sarah , promise her safety for 2 or 3 weeks , and bribe her with the PBJ pass ]*] .

Kaysar goes outside , the first thing he tells Rachel is " make sure you get him "
Rachel tells him that she excited at the thought of going to visit Kaysar , apparently Howie was up for a bit and told Rachel that he was to angry to sleep but did go back to bed.
