Now saying that he needs to win Veto but has to pick Sarah to play for him because shes the only one he could trust , also he needs to stay , if not it will just destroy Sarah , thats why he went to the diary room , to cry  (%# .

Now James in the back yard selling out Howie & RAchel , sayin he doesnt think he has their vote and that they throw challenges .
He tells them he thinks that Jan & Kay will win the Veto ,Jan saves Kay , the plan will then be to put Sarah up with him and he will get voted out unless he could get Ivette to swing his way and let Sarah get voted out .Shes no good without him anyway  (%# .
