Could someone help me out how to and do you think being 15 will matter or not?

Bertram Van Munster has mentioned many times his desire for exporting the format. Check out this interview:

It looks like the franchise is finally getting off the ground. TAR Central Europe (100K USD grand prize; apps due 20 Sep) is advertising for contestants on the AXN web page; go to axn.com and click on the central europe button. There are pages in several languages, complete with TAR graphics, video and music. I've included a screen shot of the czech page.
