Preceding cap #1 they show R&K going down an airport-like walkway. I think it is at Heathrow because the signs say "Trains every 15 min" which would be for the Heathrow Express from Paddington.

Carpet on walkway looks like our famous LONDON AIRPORT carpet! We saw similar when R/A arrived from Frankfurt. Where are Uchenna and Joyce in shots 5, 7 and 6 ? Note that sign on wall points to FIRE and FIRE HOSE all very typical american English. And very fre other people around. Strange. He also is carrying his plastic shopping bag so must be after the first hour mugging.
Amber and Rob on plane look very happy and no other teams seems to be around. Flight looks like a wide-bodied American Airlines jet with blue fabric seats, red blanket and cabin attendent with blue apron. Flight from Puerto Rico to Miami since they seem to be wearing same stuff that they were wearing in the islands and not in London.
And if this is near the end of the race, what in the world are Rob and Amber doing still lugging those big, hieavy backpacks around. Dump the stuff and buy new stuff with your milliion bucks!! Travel light as you can near the end.
