I have been trying to nail down a loose end:

Could the clip of happy R&A seated in flight be their trip from London to Jamaica?

From AirWise, the flights from London to Jamaica on Tuesday, December 14th were these:

BA0207   9:45 am      5:09 pm   MIA 2:40 hrs   AA1733   744/738
AA0057   10:20 am     5:05 pm   MIA 1:45 hrs   DL8864   777/320

JM 0002     4:25 pm      9:20 pm MBJ (8:10 Arr)   1 stop   340

And for Wednesday, December 15th were these:
Flight   Dep LHR         Arr KIN   Connect   (wait)   Flight   Aircraft
BA0207   9:45 am      5:05 pm   MIA 2:35 hrs   DL8864   744/320

AA0057   10:20 am      5:05 pm   MIA 1:45 hrs   DL8864   777/320
AA0057     10:20 am      5:05 pm   MIA 1:50 hrs   AA1733   777/738
BA2263     10:55 am LGW   2:30 pm non-stop                      777
JM 0002    12:50 pm     5:45 pm MBJ (4:35 Arr)   1 stop   340

Using SeatGuru I found that, with only one exception, none of the aircraft involved in these flights has the 2-4-2 configuration in the main body of the plane.  The exception was the Airbus 340 of Air Jamaica (I looked at the Airbus 340 for Air France on the Guru site).

So it’s not yet a certainty that the promo clip is their flight to Miami.  That clip could be them on the December 15th flight to Jamaica (can’t be the 14th due to daylight coming in the windows).  But, since that light is coming in the right side of the plane the plane must be flying north in the morning, east in the mid day, or south in the late day.  That kind of rules out a mid day flight from London to Jamaica.  I’m leaning toward the flight to Miami.

One thing that would also help to figure this out is the uniform type of the flight attendant and the decor of the cabin.  Wouldn’t Air Jamaica’s be different from American Airlines’?

I'm leaning toward a flight to San Juan.  Rob and Amber are wearing the same clothes in every original vidcap.  Whether it's Jamaica or Puerto Rico.  That could mean that they fly to Jamaica and then fly to Puerto Rico where the pit stop is.  If the NEL pit stop was in Jamaica, I think Rob and Amber would have changed their clothes.

Traegen:
About the much debated "Rob" in the background of the Ron pic:

Over at Sucks (page 165 of the spoilers) there is a pic of Rob in San Juan airport wearing shorts! So the guy in the background of Ron's pic is not Rob (unless he changed his pants before getting on the plane but they look like they are in a hurry so I doubt they'd  waste the time)

gingerman28:
I really don't think that this is a flight from London. The people seem very "dressed down" and typical if they were leaving the cold of London that day.  And Rob and Amber are dressed very lightly (Amber has her "a" tee shirt on and Rob has shorts - not exactly the stuff you wear in London that morning, and the clothes do match the Puerto Rico airport shot of them running toward the AA gate. So my guess is that this is a American Airlines flight from San Juan SJU to Miami MIA.

There are a bunch of other flights which I didn't bother to note before, but it could be that the flights listed by Chateau all land just before sunset at 5:33PM which doesn't leave much daylight to do any of the tasks we see them doing in daylight, and there are other flights leaving later in the afternoon and early evening which with connections arrive around noontime the following day which would give them plenty of time to complete two or three tasks before darkness sets in.  We have one shot of Ron running up to what may be Fort Charles in Kingston after dark.

And I think that they must catch flghts from London to Jamaica on Dec. 14. Arriving after dark they would have to wait to the morning of the 15th to start. If they actually have a 36-hour pitstop in London and fly out on the 15th they would be pretty hard pressed to complete tasks in Jamaica on the 16dth with pitstop. Then fly to Puerto Rico on the 17th to complete another Detour and Roadblock and get to the PR airport early the morning of Dec. 18.
