What I don't understand is how people let Rob talk them into stuff? If I were on the show and Rob approached me about quitting, I would automatically think that the opposite of what he says is probably more beneficial to me.

Ray knew that Deana would never finish eating 4 lbs of meat, so he pretty much had to quit. With Meredith, I think it was the domino effect.
