I saw it on the Insider clip when the teams were doing the book / market detour , he knew that Rob was ahead , he said the teams have a cell phone to let him know where they are at and they check in regularly. I assume the phone is only to call Phil ..or maybe 911 ^/^

well that woudl be smart...as that would be how they knew to get Lori and Bolo a new car when they stalled in the middle of no where.
Also so Phil is not standing at the pit stop for hours on end.

Then we have one person laying down , someone kneeling next to that person and to the left someone walking towards the wreck .This is as a team passes by , its a view from their jeep most likely .Female/ Kelly? :"They flipped their Jeep" Male Lynn? : OMG are you OK?
