I have a feeling that Gretchen is not hurt to badly afterall  _)^

One thing I learned working with kids and the first aid training I got is that head wounds bleed a lot. I once saw a kid whose face was completely covered with blood, when he got cleaned up and everything all he needed was two band-aids. I think Gretchen's injury looks a lot worse than it is.

So, who is that on the ground after the brothers wreck? Looks like one of them is bending over. What about the camera person? Wonder if Alex and Lynn will stop to help?

I thought just by the fact that Gretchen was smiling was a good sign. I think she will be okay. Meredith probably makes it out to be more than it is.

The clothes don't match up ..you clearly see a camara man in the front seat , one of the bros in the back seat ..so maybe a camara man does get injured?

Traegen:
Looked to me like the person on the ground was wearing a dark shirt and light coloured pants.
