From the vidcaps, looks like Kuror is excited at first and then they look disappointed (Tom bending down, Caryn with hand over mouth).  I think this shows the boat is passing them by and going to Ulong.  Therefore, I think an Ulong RC win tonite.

AHA!!! The RC is for the best out house and IC is wrestling?? OK, makes more sense sorta. Wouldn't the boat have to stop at both places to inspect the work like in the case of the shelter Rupert screwed up on? I guess the boat then brings the supplies by and that's when they get excited?

Remind me not to go on vacation when Survivor is on again. ((^
