Well. Jenn WAS voted off is probably why the -20. Yes Tom did win two immunities. But CBS may not see it that way since Ian stepped down. Tom didn't actually win and Ian didn't actually lose but still if if took 20 for him losing they should give Tom the win.

Was Jenn really voted off? She just lost the fire challenge. When Bobby Jon lost, he was not given -20 for voted off.
