Carson mentions the cobblestone road up the hill is so much longer than he realized. "You had to put your back into that thang." - Jack. They are struggling badly with Jack "having his own strengths". Carson is bleeding and they switch barrels.
Han & Holden have a rhythm down in the river pushing them off course a little. "You need to help me turn. You are literally pushing us." - Holden.

Carson & Jack reach the storage house with both barrels. ROUTE INFO: Castelo de Santa Maria de Feira.
Han & Holden reach the barrel pick-up station as DnD run downhill pass them.

Alyssa & Josiah pick up at the clue box in 3rd. Meanwhile, Jon & Ana are misleading each other to the same roundabout from earlier. Ana doesn't understand what "the other way" means with Jon. Ana suggests they switch roles, but Jon refuses. The nurses are rowing toward the vineyards while Carson & Jack are on their way back. Alyssa mentions of a previous time whitewater rafting that she tended to overcorrect and make the boat start to drift off course. They are dysfunctional and fighting now! :clap2:

And we are back from ads to Alyssa and Josiah having an explosive fight up the river. "I feel like we're overcorrecting." - Alyssa as she jumps to the back of the raft to balance themselves. Carson & Jack are back at the parking. "That was tough. That was really, really tough." - Jack.
Han is struggling while Holden wants her to give it her all. Holden was not about to push her barrel up including his. They finally reach the delivery point and receive their clue in 2nd.
RachelLeVega:
Alyssa & Josiah are pushing the barrels up as Han & Holden speed down passing them. Jon & Ana are stopping in the middle of the road with them murmuring an argument among themselves. :funny: Ana wants to see the map as Jon finally decides they want to switch roles with him navigating. "Is this all the information we have?" - Ana. Jon mentions it was all that was given.
Josiah reaches the top as Alyssa is a straggler with the barrel. He helps her and they receive the clue. Jon & Ana are still lost as Josiah feels they are okay. Alyssa is red as a tomato from exhaustion.
Ana asks a local on the side of the street for directions. "Obrigado, thank you so much." - Ana.
