Final 5 usually, but there are the exceptions. I think almost all of us have no idea if U-Turns are back, so I believe if they're back that there's one ahead.

This is just speculation, but I don't think they're filming inside the airports this season. Our only airport sighting all season was of those few teams at LAX getting tickets leg 1 and after that nothing. We usually get quite a few airport sightings inside LAX too. No other sightings inside any other airport or teams running out of any airport. It feels odd for a non-charter season. A lot of the drama on the show happens in the airports so if my theory is right, why aren't they filming in the airports?

yeah I don't think they will have a task in Rüdesheim am Rhein.. its probably that the boys were a bit lost and needed instructions.

I think it's great they have to self drive over 3h! Adds a little bit of spice to the episode! 

We were vacationing in Europe in May, and we were in Rudesheim! There is a great museum that would be an ideal place for TAR, Siegfried's Mechanical Music Museum, also known as Siegfried's Mechanisches Musikkabinett. They have a lot of very vintage restored musical machines that play many instruments, some hundreds of years old. We thought it was great! I would love to see them have a task there. It's highly recommended as those machines are amazing and play some great music.

I do think the lack of airport sightings is weird, but in the LAX sighting the cameras are filming the teams though right? So if it was a conscious decision to not film in airports then I don't know why it would be allowed in LAX and not allowed anywhere else. I would THINK the large crowd of people in bright clothes and backpacks would be enough to get a sighting if the right people are around regardless of if they are filming. I'm not sure if the filming in airports would be connected to the lack of airport sightings.

If my theory is right, then I think they were filming the ticket counter in order to show the audience that the charter flight is gone and possibly bc teams were on different flights with first come first serve and then possibly they turned off the cameras after (or as they went through TSA).

As for the colorful clothes thing, I don't think I personally would think much of it unless I saw cameras around them. Again, just speculation. The episodes could air and prove me wrong or maybe we'll even get an airport sighting at some point before the season ends that would prove me wrong. I hope I'm wrong.

The schedule was a travel day on June 26 and a leg on June 27, wasn't it?  It really should've been the first Germany leg yesterday unless a leg really did happen out of anyone's sight.

Doesn't the KOR non-elimination (Vietnam) mean that with a 12 leg race there wouldn't be another non-elimination leg? So I don't see how a mega leg is possible at this point considering the first half technically is a "non elimination"

It's possible; wherever they are in Germany they can get to Frankfurt (or Zurich) and fly to most major hubs in Africa. The penultimate leg would probably be in a pretty big European city or (less likely) an African city that flies directly the the US.

U mean wee had 5 mm by leg 5 .Thats incredible given the fact that An mm has exited leg 2,3  every season since God knows when. (31,32,33,34,35) And there is still a possibility we have 3 still in it given that Robeen was left at the roadblock...

It would certainly be unprecedented for either Johannesburg or Cape Town to host the penultimate episode; in the meantime, the ninth/tenth legs will probably be some infuriating combination of Paris and Provence.

No we aren't. It's likely it was only one leg, beginning around Frankfurt, travelling to Rüdesheim-am-Rhein, and finishing with at least a Roadblock and pitstop in Cologne.

Yes, no leg today.

It could be either  Even if it is another leg in Germany or somewhere nearby (Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium, etc), there's no real pattern to how they've filmed the prior legs this season; the two speculated legs in Bangkok took place over two days (6/15, 6/16), the two speculated legs in Vietnam took place over one day (6/19) and the two speculated legs in Jaipur filmed over three days (6/22, 6/24).

The last few times they've had legs in Germany there's been a day gap (or more) prior to the following leg - in TAR 34 it was for COVID testing (may have filmed the next day otherwise), 32 had a long-haul flight to Kazakhstan, and 26 and 22 both had longer Pit Stops to get Phil ahead of teams. My gut is thinking it's a rest day and they're driving to Belgium tomorrow but I wouldn't be surprised at anything that comes up.
