I talked to the guy and he said that it was "happening now" when he posted it. It could just be a long leg, they have to fill up 90 minutes with just 4 teams somehow.

ah thanks for the info, yeah it could be but seeing as the leg would have started early because of the flight it crossed my mind as being quite late in the day

Judging by the shadows, the video occurred around 3 PM Dublin time. Give or take an hour.
