Looks like it. Still doesn't answer who went home out of Andrea & Malaina or Victor & Jocelyn in Vietnam, though. Whoever didn't bit the dust in Germany.

If true, then we have our Vietnam elimination mystery: Victor & Jocelyn. Andrea & Malaina made it to Germany, but went out there.
