According to Neobie, these videos were filmed in downtown Georgetown (Penang) outside the Police Headquarters, walking south along Jalan Penang. This is apparently not far from islander's sighting.

Harry & Teddy spotted racing in Penang by a fan of his. No idea when this video was taken but that restaurant they ran in front of is Yi He Jiu Lou in George Town.
