I just blogged about how I fully expected Smithers to be the next city in northern BC to debut on TAR Canada. I only predicted Smithers because there are direct flights in and out of Vancouver. The Smithers airport very rarely flies in and out of any other airport.
That means they have to fly to Vancouver whenever they leave Smithers. I assume Production will want to use that opportunity to film Leg 3 in or around Vancouver. It's too convenient of an opportunity to pass up. Since they just used Richmond in the finale, I would put money on them using White Rock or Abbotsford for Leg 3. I'd lean more towards Abbotsford as it is a fairly big city and they have their own airport which goes to a few different towns.
