Only S4 and last year if I recall correctly. I think for the general viewer there's no real predictability there, but if people are on this forum looking to make those connections, watching every episode ardently, and looking for spoilers, then there aren't really going to be surprises in this regard no matter how formulaic (or not) they make it. RFF is a fraction of a sliver of the viewership and not really representative of how the show is viewed normally.
