Looks like CBS flipped the Love Boat and TAR times from what was initially reported as well (starting on 10/5).

Wonder why they flipped it? TAR is a much better follow-up for Survivor than that crappy new show.

Because it's a new reality show and the network wants to give it the largest lead-in possible.
