I doubt that huge thing is sing-up board. There is only 1 person standing there, so I think it may has something to do with Roadblock.

Except it might actually be for a Detour if her teammate is also in the image or even a Route Info task.

I wonder if they might have stopped at the Terex Titan in Sparwood, the first town into BC on Highway 3. It's formerly the largest truck in the world, a perfect spot to put a cluebox.
