Having teams so close to each other time wise. does leave very little space for mistakes, provided the challenges are designed accordingly. Teams on the back can catch-up, if someone on the top screws-up.

Group 2 is climbing to the top in speed, both do Say Cheese while Akbar & Sheri are walking up the hill with a little bit of a tiff again.
Kim & Penn decide to do the mule after re-reading the clue.
Lulu & Lala and Ryan & Dusty see antique ATVs and they must drive to the fromagerie. Dusty knows how to make cheese and tells Lulu & Lala that which they also oblige since they can just follow them... okay.
Akbar & Sheri get their Detour clue in 5th.
Raquel & Cayla decide to follow Kim & Penn to the mules because they think four heads is better than two....
Arun & Natalia are last to arrive at the Belvedere, they do Say Cheese.
Dusty explains the science behind making cheese. And this is Good Eats!

Does the thermometers being in Celsius make it more confusing for the US?

We come back to Ryan & Dusty being stressed out. Lulu & Lala don't understand how they have no patience.
Raquel says she is ready to play with the mules while Kim & Penn follow right behind. They start assembling their harnesses and Penn also explains the task better than Phil.
